Pushpender Sharma is an ISO Specialist, Trainer, and Lead Auditor with over 12 years of experience across almost every major industrial sector in India and internationally. He is the founder of eGrowth India and Director at Bexex Global Private Limited, where he leads ISO implementation, training, and auditing engagements for organisations seeking certification, management system excellence, and EHS compliance.
Over the course of his career, Pushpender has advised and guided more than 100 organisations across 10+ industries including manufacturing, construction, metro rail infrastructure, cement, steel, power, and automotive in implementing effective Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Energy Management Systems. He has delivered specialised training to over 2,000 professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to manage compliance, risk, and continual improvement within their organisations.
He has led more than 40 NABET-approved Lead Auditor courses and has conducted Safety, Health, and Environment audits for some of India's most demanding infrastructure projects, including DMRC, UPMRC, NCRTC, and GMRC. His client portfolio spans organisations such as Tata Power, Samsung, Hero MotoCorp, Ultratech Cement, Essar Steels, LG Electronics, Haier Appliances, and Everest Industries, among others.
Pushpender's international project experience includes assignments for the Ethiopian Road Authority, Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling (SANAD), Oman Cement Company, and Birla Carbon Egypt, bringing a global perspective to his practice.
He holds Qualified Lead Auditor certifications from NBQP (QCI) for ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS), and ISO 50001 (EnMS), along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Automobile Engineering, a Postgraduate qualification in Health, Safety and Environment, a Post Diploma in Industrial Safety, an LL.B. in Law, and a PG Diploma in Sustainability Science from IGNOU. He is currently pursuing advanced certification in ESG and Sustainability.
As a trainer, Pushpender specialises in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 20400, ISO 26000, ESG auditing, BRSR reporting, legal compliance, and risk assessment. His approach combines deep technical knowledge with practical, on-the-ground experience, making complex standards accessible and implementable for organisations of all sizes.
